We would like to reassure all our valued guests coming to stay at Hartleyburn Hall over the coming weeks and months that we always ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned to a very high standard before every stay. In addition to our current very high standard of cleanliness (where we are rated 10/10 on our customer reviews for cleanliness) we are further dedicated to providing an even safer and more hygienic environment for the comfort and safeguarding of our visitors.

We are, at present, exceeding recommendations given to us with regards to the preparation and execution of essential sanitation thus ensuring that the welfare of our guests is unprecedented where our cleaning operating system procedures excel. Our thorough sanitization at this current time is vital and our customer care is of great importance to us, so, all coming guests please relax and enjoy your break here!      

               

As always, but unlike many other spa provided accommodations, our Hot Tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled with clean hot water before every arrival. Not because of this current situation that we endure but this is our Hot Tub procedure that we have always done and will continue to do so in the future.

In addition and further reassurance please note, like all similar self catering holiday let accommodations, our linen is commercially washed by our linen hire providers at high temperature and is dried at high temperature to guarantee a clean and sterilized quality.
